Term and Conditions

All sales are subject to availability of the books.
Order once confirmed and books sold shall not be cancelled.

Payment

Advance payment is necessary before confirmation of the order
Payment once confirmed are not refundable.

Shipping Terms

Domestic Delivery

Shipping of books made by Indian Post.
The tarrif for shipping charges shall be paid while confirming the order.
For better delivery services the complete delivery address with pincode and mobile number should be mentioned in the order.
The delivery of books may be ensured within 10 working days.

International Delivery

International delivery may be possible only to the countries where services of Indian Post are available.

Returns / Cancellation & Refund Policy

No return/refund of the confirmed orders.
Replacement of damaged/incomplete books supplied may be made with free postal charges.
Sold books are non-returnable, except in cases of:
Wrong item delivery.
Receipt of a defective item.

Reshipping Charges:

If the courier is returned due to customer unresponsiveness or door lock issues, re-dispatching will incur additional shipping charges payable by the customer.
